1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without having to provide any reason.
2. Eligibility for Refund
To qualify for a refund, your product must be: unopened and unused in its original, sealed packaging; in the same condition as delivered; with all original packaging, boxes, and documentation included; received within 14 days of the original delivery date.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Food supplements that have been opened, used, partially used, or tampered with cannot be returned for health, safety, and hygiene reasons. Once opened, the product may be contaminated and unsuitable for resale.
4. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, contact us at info@liveluminous.world or call +44 20 7946 0958 within 14 days of receipt. Provide your order number and reason for return. We will provide return shipping instructions.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using tracked, insured shipping. Keep proof of shipment.
6. Inspection and Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 14 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
7. Bank Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 working days for your bank to process the refund after we issue it. The exact timeframe depends on your financial institution.
8. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched from our warehouse. Contact us immediately upon placing your order if you wish to cancel. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled, but you retain your 14-day return right.
9. Refusal at Delivery
If you refuse to accept delivery or refuse to pay at delivery under our cash-on-delivery terms, the product will be returned to us and the transaction cancelled with no payment due.
10. Damaged or Faulty Products
If your product arrives damaged or is genuinely faulty, contact us immediately with photographs as evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
